Als wir das Problem im Badzimmer hatten, konnten sie uns eine Lösung anbieten.

Cons:

Dass die Lösung überhaupt nicht gepasst hat. Das Zimmer war viel kleiner und schlecht ausgestattet !
Darüber hinaus, sie wollten mir/uns glauben lassen, sie hätten keine freien Zimmer mehr zur Verfügung.
Nun habe ich selber im Booking App nachgeschaut, und sie hatten tatsächlich freie Zimmer zur Verfügung.
Das fand ich weder seriös noch professionell.
Absolut unverschämt !

Decepcion total

La ubicación es bastante tranquila , en el casco antiguo de La Serena

Cons:

La habitación asignada bastante pequeña , eran dias bastante calurosos ,una ventana muy pequeña la q se podía abrir ,y sin aire acondicionado en la habitación. Sábanas manchadas y rotas (no sucias). El baño no cerraba la puerta ,sin portapapel y sin ventilación. Dentro de todo lo malo , lo más malo es q no hay suficientes estacionamientos, lo cual entramos en discusión con los encargados , no pueden ofrecer este servicio para después pasar malos ratos por la falta de estos.

Un poco pobre y falta alguien que esté pendiente de reponer rápidamente los insumos que ponen para el desayuno!!!

Cons:

Los estacionamiento, escasos y cuando uno volvía tarde noche, no había dónde estacionar.

Maravillosas vacaciones en la serena
Pros:

La excelencia del personal, la ubicación, a dos pasos del jardín japonés, barrio tranquilo, donde se puede descansar muy bien . Las áreas comunes, amplias y muy bien equipadas y los servicios que presta el hotel. Pero por sobretodo un restaurante de excelencia, que ofrece almuerzo a muy buen precio y de calidad superior. Es realmente destacable la buena cocina del restaurante y la atención del personal .

Cons:

Nada todo está bien de acuerdo al precio que se paga. Hay detalles que mejorar, pero son mínimos.
