Pros:

Por lejos la amabilidad de TODO el personal, sus instalaciones impecables, su restaurant con comidas exquisitas. A dos cuadras del centro de la serena. Al frente del parque japonés. Todo excelente.

Hotel con buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, y la atención del personal también. Me encantó que las ventanas las cerrabas y no se escuchaba nada, se podia dormir super bien, aunque mi habitación daba para la calle pedro Pablo, donde pasan bastantes autos. Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Fui en febrero, y la piscina no estuvo disponible.. Me parece pésimo para ser verano. Las áreas verdes muy descuidadas. El costo del agua igual muy caro, teniendo en cuenta que el Habitaciones no dejan agua de cortesía. Habitación justa en tamaño para 2 personas y no había aire acondicionado.

Pros:

Ubicación: es un lugar muy tranquilo y de fácil acceso. Estacionamientos seguros y con buena disponibilidad de espacio. Excelente comedor y terraza.

Cons:

Ducha de baño con fugas en habitación 231. Inunda baño y no permite un buen baño.

Hotel cómodo, agradable y muy bien ubicado en el centro de La Serena.
Pros:

Me encanta la ubicación, el restorant es muy bueno, desayuno exquisito, baño impecable.

Cons:

Lo dije el año 2025 cuando me alojé y lo digo ahora 2026 en que me volví a alojar en este hotel: el cobertor de la cama no me gustó porque da la apariencia de estar sucio y desgastado, lo mismo me ocurrió el año pasado.
