Staff were amazing.

Cons:

Terribly noisy. Guests talking very loudly in the passages and outside near our room window, that is the parking area. I could not get a good night sleep. I realise that it is a casino and a 24/7 sort of accommodation but there should be some signs advising guests to keep noise levels down near rooms. If that’s not possible, maybe sound machine in the rooms can help. There is absolutely no consideration for people who actually need to rest. This needs to be addressed by management.
