Der Aufenthalt war perfekt.
Pros:

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Der freundliche Service, das geräumige Zimmer und die wunderschöne Anlage haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Essen im Restaurant (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) hat keine Wünsche öffen gelassen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Pros:

Beautiful, luxurious property in the heart of Merano.

Cons:

The staff were a little stiff but it could be a language difference. Also we were a little scruffy coming off a multi-day hiking trip across the alps.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zunächst lief es auch wunderbar, allerdings hatten wir am Abreisetag eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung im Frühstücksraum!

Cons:

Der Service war leider durchmischt: am Abreisetag hatten wir uns beim Frühstück verspätet und wurden sehr unhöflich regelrecht „abgekanzelt“, sodass wir sofort aufgestanden und gegangen sind. Von einem Restaurant dieser Preiskategorie hätte ich ein solches unprofessionelles Verhalten nicht erwartet,aus diesem Grund leider keine Weiterempfehlung!

Die Wellness Anlage ist etwas verzettelt, aber sehr schön. Mir hat der beheizte Aussenpool super gefallen. Auch die Anlage war sehr schön, wunderbar bepflanzt

Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato la professionalità e l’attenzione al cliente da parte del personale di sala. I piatti sono preparati con cura e di qualità ottima.

Cons:

Il centro benessere potrebbe essere un po’ più curato, in particolare le vasche idromassaggio disposte in terrazza sono piccole e difficilmente fruibili quando c’è gente. Delle due camere, quella nel plesso principale, pur ampia e comoda aveva arredamento un po’ datato. Anche il bagno andrebbe rimodernato, l’acqua della doccia usciva a temperatura appena tiepida nonostante il miscelatore fosse girato al massimo verso l’acqua calda.

Hotel bellissimo, molto curato, anche nei dettagli. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Gentilissime le ragazze alla recepition, alla spa, sala ristorante. Davvero un ottima struttura fuori dai rumori del centro cittadino, ma distante 20minuti a piedi dal centro attraverso una bellissima passeggiata. Posto super davvero consigliato. Una menzione: carta dei vini e cantina davvero eccezionale
