Residence & Conference Centre-Brockville

Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out.
A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door.

I have a complaint of the kitchen and laundry service. They never notice me the kitchen is under renovation. I brought food and pots to cook. Unfortunately, I can not do it because the kitchen was not available. It is very disappointed because it lead to waste my food and space to pack all the things. The laundry machine can not accept neither debt card or coin. I have to pay $5 to buy the laundry card to use the laundry. And I have no way to return the laundry card to get the card depot fee and balance back. I hope it can improve the laundry service and news update.

Friendly staff - clean rooms & confy beds

Clean and quiet room. Fridge was a nice touch. For a college dorm, was good for my stay.

This is a simple option for an overnight stay. Price is reasonable, well worth it. Beds were very comfortable, although they were doubles. Clean. Fridge, microwave, tv but you need to bring your own streaming device as noted in the property's description.
Did not see an elevator so walked up to 2nd floor. Front desk was very helpful.
If there was any issue, it was that parking is not really close. Not far, but not close either.
Would definitely recommend and return if ever in the area.

We stayed there on the weekend so parking was free. The residence was clean. The room was large.The beds were comfortable.

I liked a lot. Directional and identification signage to the parking lot and building and entrance could have been better. I saw there was a TV in the room, but it wasn't made clear there was no signal to the TV...I think it should be made clear 'no cable'. Internet was excellent.

Clean basic accommodations. Spacious room, bed was comfy. Nice to have a full size fridge with freezer. Cheap accommodation when you just need a place to sleep and will be leaving early a.m.

It' OK. Staff are nice and wonderful in greeting us both on phone and at the front desk.

2 issues. Water tank leaking in the bathroom, which made our sleeping overnight not so comfortable (we had to close the bathroom door at midnight). Ambigous online ad description of parking issue. It is the first time for me to stay in a university/college residece on vacation as parking becomes an issue for concern.

The mattress were sinking. Nice big fridge. Besides the room is quite basic but does the job.

They advertised their dorms as a 2 bedroom accommodation however it waa only 1 main room with 2 double beds and a divider. Beds were very uncomfortable and had no blankets. When i asked for more blankets they told me they could bot find anh and gave me a bunch of sheets instead. Sfaff was kind and courteous. Room had a slight odor but if you turned on the heat because the rolm was freezing then it smelled awful. It was located off fo the side alone and we arrived in the dark so it didnt feel bery safe but seemed ok safety wise. They lock their doors as of 11pm.
Would reccomend only if you neef a few hours to sleep

Great location and covenient.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were really accommodating the whole time. We had no problem extending our stay, and they even let us check out late without charging us extra. The beds were comfy, and the room was pretty spacious. For the price (same as a Super 8), it was way cleaner and way more comfortable. Definitely recommend if you are just looking for an affordable place to sleep!

Excellent but difficult to locate after dark

Room was good and clean, pillows were really uncomfortable though. What annoyed me was the parking. $10/day to park in an empty parking lot. I've never had to pay for parking when booking a room before. So by time you factor in the paid parking, room cost and lack of breakfast like you would get at an actual hotel, you might want to consider booking elsewhere once you compare prices.

It is a lovely stay. The front desk girl is very nice. Just remember when you look for this place you should look for st Laurence college instead of residence inn. Once your GPS leads you there that is the place even though there is no clear sign. Other than that it is great!
