Hospitality was awesome !
Pros:

The head of housekeeping Mr Shivang and support staff Trupti where specifically very nice to us. Our pet 'Tabby' had a nice as well :)

A stay full of comfort and leisure
Pros:

The place offers a wide spread of breakfast, very fresh and delicious , the chef shasank took a personal interest in each and every client to make sure they were attended and served.
The staff took care of all the demands from all the guests .
We enjoyed every single day with such an amazing hospitality.

I would like to give shoutout to Dinish, Tamulima,phiyama,aniket,sneha,Brian,Anrut and vaishnavi for their exceptional service and hospitality.

The overall stay was satisfactory and its a pet friendly property
Pros:

The staff namely Mahendar & Aniket are very good and courteous

Cons:

The menu / spread at the breakfast buffet is very limited when compared to similar properties in the area. The house keeping in the common areas is not good and there was garbage lying around

Cost is way to high for the property which they are offering . Housekeeping staff were not so prompt , need to work on that.

Pros:

The team at breakfast was fantastic. They were attentive and very sweet, despite the obnoxious customers around them. Despite the busy time, the team managed to get everything in order. The views from the restaurant are lovely.

Cons:

We checked in late, and because there was a wedding party that had bought out the whole hotel, we were rushed. The team was argumentative and kept saying that guests would yell at them. While late checkouts aren't ever guaranteed, telling 1 guest that you prioritize others isn't quite nice. The hotel clearly caters to weddings a lot; and I'd skip this property if you're seasoned traveler. The crowd is typically boorish, and rude, and will end up ruining the whole vibe. The hotel team is clearly overwhelmed. When we checked it, housekeeping carts were in the lobby of our building, while people were yelling and shouting at 9.30pm in the night.

Everything . It is a small and lively propoerty , very well maintained. The view from the room was lovely .

Cons:

It is in close proximity with nature so expect langurs and insects right outside/ inside your rooms .

Great location, excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff are excellent. Particularly, Mr. Satya, Chef Shashank, Tanulima, Aniket and Anish. All were super efficient and friendly. Food is great! Recommended to try their dinner and breakfast combo package. Great view of the valley. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall a great staycation location.

Cons:

Approach road is under repair temporarily.

Stay at fountain was memorable...
Pros:

Location and food choices were awesome.

Cons:

The rom in the night good full of mosquitoes even when the balcony was closed. Extra bed wasn't conformable.
