Hotel leciwy i na pewno nie zapamiętałabym tej rezerwacji negatywnie, gdyby nie okoliczności. Przyszłyśmy punktualnie na check-in, wraz z nami jeszcze czteroosobowa rodzina. Rodzinie powiedziano, że przyszli za wcześnie, a nam dano klucze do… brudnego, nieposprzątanego po kimś pokoju! Gdy zeszłyśmy na dół, recepcjonistka kazała nam usiąść i czekać na sprzątanie, co mocno pokrzyżowało nam plany. Oczekiwanie trwało godzinę, a ona… po prostu uciekła bocznym wejściem wraz z końcem zmiany! Jej zmiennik, manager obiektu, pojawił się chwilę potem. Była to jedyna osoba przejęta rezerwacją, która chciała nam jakkolwiek pomóc. Spędziłyśmy noc, jednak poprzedzoną stresem. Tylko support Bookingu starał się wynagrodzić sprawę, bo hotel umywa ręce.

Le rapport qualité prix , une si petite chambre pour le prix qui est gonflé lors d’événement (concerts)
