The checking in process is not as handicap accessible as the listing makes it seem. Once you are checked-in, you can always take the other door(a public door) to access the elevator.
Room was comfy but hot (August), staff was nice. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was a great stay overall. Upon initial arrival, the hotel was a bit hard to find (look for “Hotel 41” sign) and it stated there was parking at available but it was full. We parked at the parking garage by Aldis and it was 20 euros for 24 hours. Lots of restaurants and shops very close. The old town of Heidelberg was beautiful. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Otel çok temizdi ve kaldığımız oda harikaydı (404 numaralı oda). Oda genişti, ince detayları düşünülmüştü ve çok temizdi. Su ve kahve ikramdı. Oda her gün temizlendi. Aynı zamanda konumu gayet iyiydi. Otelde çalışan personeller de çok ilgililerdi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz..

Front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were comfy & bright. We drove there in our own car, and I’d recommend you drop off someone from your group to go fetch a garage key and map from the hotel staff before trying to park in the dedicated hotel parking area.
