酒店距离三坊七巷不远，相对方便~床也挺舒服。我们本来预订的双床房有下水管道的臭味，反应之后酒店服务人员马上给我们换房处理，挺好的~

OK in general.
Pros:

1. It is close to the subway exits (with escalator available)
2. The room is spacious.
3. you can find lots of restaurants within 20-min walking distances.

Cons:

1. The window glass is all too dirty.
2. The elevator is only to the 28th floor while the restaurant for breakfast is on the 29th floor. So think twice if you are oldies or rely heavily on wheelchair.

Best hotel ive stayed so far
Pros:

Location is very convenient. It is near Sanfang Qixiang (Three lanes and seven alleys). You can easily go there by bus. They have bus stops just infront of the hotel.
Also near the moon bridge, about 20-30 mins away by didi (taxi)
They also offer free use of laundry and dryer machine which is very usefull. Nice City view and friendly staff. Delicious Breakfast buffet
Staff at the reception also uses translator device so they can easily communicate with foreign guest 😊
But the staff in the laundry area can speak English. He was very helpful

Very comfortable stay. The rooms and facilities were excellent and the staff provided exceptional service.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. It was in a good location and very clean

Cons:

We would have liked more western options for breakfast, maybe something like oats or museli. The room we were in didn’t have a door between the bed and the bathroom. That made it hard because we had a baby in a cot who woke up everytime we used the toilet or shower.

Pros:

The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. I am impressed by the fact that the hotel provides free of charge laundry room. If I have known sooner, I would not have brought so much clothes for my visit.
