Hotel room was clean. They provide every other day room service. It is a good option for the price and the area (right in the middle of London’s West End). Rooms are very small, just enough for a bed and a bathroom. Bed was firm but comfortable. Linings were adequate. As many other reviewers have said: there’s no privacy if you want to go or for taking a shower, the bathroom is frosted glass walls.

Location was great! Easy access to iconic landmarks, walked to the theatre district, many restaurants nearby, and easy walk to the tube station.

Ajmal and Malik and the manager from Portugal and the Romanian girl at the cafe were very helpful
They always make you feel at home
So thank to them and to the management of this hotel for hiring this great staff

Clean rooms, comfortable with friendly staff. Amazing location, right in the heart of London. My only real complaint is the wifi in the windowless rooms. It was horrible. Next time I'd book a room with a window. It's worth staying here for the price though.

We stayed in a room with no windows and were pleasantly surprised at how big it was having everything we needed for a theatre stay over. Staff were excellent . Perfect location for theatre land and walkable distance from Kings Cross Station. Will definitely use again.
