Location and customer service.
Small room with no view.
Very clean. Reception staff really helpful. Ideal location.
Although we ate out a chair and small table and microwave would have been useful.
Location
Pleasant staff
No washing machine!!!! In a ski and mountain biking destination when there is also no laundromat in the villlage.

Staff was friendly and Place was great. clean and tidy. Location was good and restaurant downstairs was easy for dinners
room was hot due to no a/c and no fan. Opened window but limited due to room being a loft.
Friendly and good location
Nothing
Friendly and helpful services
Small but practical room
Proximity to the centre of the village. Easy check-in/out.
no shower gel, poorly designed and installed shower screens, water leaked underneath and ran out the bathroom door and wet carpet, had to use floor towel to prevent leakage, No face washer provided, Room very basic for the price. TV difficult to use. room cramped, no room for a chair, or table, had to eat our breakfast in bed,
Great staff, room was clean with great view
Location is great. It’s clean enough. It has the basics .
Rooms are very stuffy when the heaters are on - and it’s a balancing act because the only way to reduce the stuffiness is opening a window.
We thought the Mexican restaurant had gone down hill a bit - and to be honest the choice of restaurants and cafes in Thredbo that serve adequate food is minimal. Plus they are all overpriced for what they offer. It’s kind of like Thredbo is caught in the past and the rest of the country has moved on. In fact, if anything, Thredbo is heading backwards.
We were made to feel very welcome. The beds were comfortable and warm.
Nothing
location fantastic, right across the street from the hill base. Took the Merritt trail and then Mt Kossy trail and then Charlottes pass. Handy to have the hotel right across the street. A special mention goes to the staff who were stellar and top notch in comparison to many places and countries I have stayed in/at. Friendly check in girls who helped as I check in late, and then even rang me personally to let me know the bar and kitchen were closing. I mean, where in the world to you get that? Only here! And bar staff were great. After doing 50kms on foot all I needed was a beer and they were quick to make me feel better and attend to all that I needed. really really enjoyed the staff here.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would have to make a mention for other travellers, especially those who are used to hot weather, that maybe a fan or some form of AC would have been great. Coming in the summer months meant getting the full sun blast into the room with no way of the heat escaping. Opening windows wasn't an option, given the humidity and the mosquitos. Same goes for a fan in the bathroom for while showering or going to the toilet. It would have been really great and taken the hotel to 11/10 stars.
Nice clean room with big bed, good shower, fridge, outdoor access, very helpful staff
room and location
a face washer, a glass, a teaspoon, a knife, a chair and small pillow would be good additions to the room
Good location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds
It was advertised as a 80m2 two-bedroom suite with a seating area, but there was only one bedroom and the second bed was placed in the open living room. There was no seating area (no chairs, nothing) and the size of the suite is about 40m2. If we had known this, we would never have booked it for four adults. Two adults had to move to a different apartment nearby after the first night's stay.
Great location
Window would have been a bit better with fly screens
