Pros:

Gorgeous property, gorgeous beach. We had such an amazing, memorable time here.

We LOVED this location. So many exceptional food spots and boutiques just steps away. All the places you'll want to visit and things you'll want to do (cenotes, art museums, ruins, snorkeling, ziplining) are less than 30 minutes away.

We stayed for a week in late November and saw no sargassum, had great weather, and it wasn't crazy busy anywhere. The beach was idyllic. We rented a car and were able to park for free in their lot across the street. Other nearby parking is also really affordable. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The only caveat is that there is a good deal of loud music from the neighboring hotel and the bar across the street almost all the time. The rooms are pretty soundproof, so it didn't bother us at night, but it does set more of a party vibe on the beach.
