Clean modern room. Comfy bed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant. I would recommend and stay here again.
No help getting from airport to property as advertised.
Got ripped off by cab driver at airport going to hotel.

Ali the bartender was the real redeeming factor. Drinks in Malaysia are extremely expensive. I’m not a huge drinker, however a premium alcohol is ridiculously expensive.
Beach is complete crap.
Will never go to Malaysia again, my fiance is a Chinese National and she will never return. China was a much better time than Malaysia. Never thought I’d say that, LOL
Staff were good except for 1 barman working at the pool bar who was playing billiards on the guest table and wouldnt serve us.
Big room, strong water pressure and hot, very good pillows with thick bed linens.

Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.

I planned to stay for 2 nights but extended to 3 rd night , hopefully with a discounted rate on a Monday but not given, Stayed anyway due to Comfort , beautiful beach area , surrounding, bar was great too. Room 1614 was cozy & clean.

This hotel seems like got renovated and reopened as a new hotel this year(2025).
Furniture, items in room are all clean and new. Most of staffs are still on training.
Breakfast is average. Nothing remarkable.
Room service food was beautiful and yummy.
Super fint Resort!
The staff really make this place a lovely experience. It is in a good location too.There is an eatery across the road with many cheap options to either eat there or take away to your room. A wine shop too for us Aussies, NK-Mart, not to be confused with the other 2 wine shops next door! Good selection and good prices. Many restaurants also in very close proximity. The beach access was unfortunately closed while we were there but they are renovating and it will be rectified soon. Apparently you shouldn't swim in the sea regardless due to jellyfish. Many families at this place, so not relaxing by the pool if you're a couple but that's only because there's 1 pool. Pool bar staff lovely. Good and generous room service meals. Breakfast is very good. Lovely view from our partial sea view room. Thanks to the team! Note to cleaning; wipe all surfaces in the room, especially after room service the night before and clean glassware daily.
Hotel was ok and as we expected. Through the week was nice and quiet, however it got very busy at weekends. Su beds around the pool were the most un-comfiest I have used with no comfort when trying to lie down, all you felt was metal bars.
My wife & I 💕 this hotel. The AI machine are fun. Nice bed. Good Breakfast. Nice seaview. Friendly Staffs. First day check in, my wife spotted a lizard on the ceiling and call Housekeeper to catch it and they really did it.
