Pros:

Appartamento molto carino situato in una palazzina in pieno centro, area pedonale. Cesto di frutta in frigo, molto gradito.
Check-in e check out molto veloci, receptionist molto disponibili e gentili. Carina la terrazza al quinto piano!
Unico problemino, durante il weekend ci sono parecchie persone in strada ma il B&B mette a disposizione tappi per le orecchie! Struttura consigliata

Great apartment and location. Helpful 24/7 front desk. My only issues were the cleaning happening every 3 days (we stayed 4 nights and it was only cleaned once) and our apartment did not have the “cleaning kit” (detergent for dishes and clothes, etc) because they had run out. It was never replenished. Otherwise I recommend this place.

Accommodations were good and clean! Sofa bed was bigger than the usual sofa beds in US hotels.
The only negative i have is the area gets very noisy on sat night, literally all night. Idk about fri night cuz we arrived a day late due to the airline.

This is a fantastic location for families to explore Madrid. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It was perfect for all of us to have some space to be together and also spend some time apart. The coffee and snack area on the rooftop was also a great addition. Everyone enjoyed their time here and the convenience of getting around Madrid was wonderful!
