Heading in the right direction
Pros:

Painfully slow breakfast service but well appointed and tastefully designed rooms and public spaces. Bedrooms very comfortable with all facilities needed and spacious clean bathroom.

Fabulous, when Finished!!
Pros:

Beautiful old style hotel, totally refurbished, well nearly ... But I will be back
+ Bedroom and bathroom, each individually themed
+ Super cooked breakfast and coffee
+ Friendly staff
+ Nice bar and restaurant

- Still a building site, noisy too early
- Reception, check in at bar !
- Limited buffet breakfast
- Limited on site parking
- No leisure facilities
- Check out needs to be faster

Richmond Fleece Hotel
Pros:

A recently and still been modernised ( penthouse apartment and houses in the courtyard) hotel with very friendly and attentive staff.
The room was in the roof space , so limited head height. There is no air conditioning and it was very hot.
The fridge with fresh milk and water was very welcome as was the filter coffee.
Overall a very pleasant hotel in a great area close to the market square in Richmond.
