Reception: Teilweise unfreundlich ( haben Sie richtig geschaut, wenn man fehlenden Flaschenöffner meldet).

Housekeeping: Defekte Lampe bei Zimmerbezug, einmal war Nachmittags noch nicht gereinigt, da kam die Frage: Sie wünschen noch Service? Das Schild hing seit 9:15Uhr an der Türe.
