Очень понравилась территория отеля. Она большая, ухоженная, красивая. По территории ходят павлины, бегают кролики — необычно, и детям нравится.
Хороший, питательный и вкусный завтрак.
Здание красивое, есть стоянка для авто.
В номерах есть чайник, приветственный чай, кофе, одноразовая зубная щетка, паста , гель для душа, шампунь.
В номере нет информации как подключиться к wi-fi. Вроде мелочь. А она раздражает, потому что нужно звонить на ресепшен и уточнять. Ещё и толком не расслышишь пароль и т.д. Уже давным-давно в других отелях вся информация по находится в самом номере — заламинирована, на столе перед носом клиента.
И ещё в нашем номере была ушатанная сантехника. Болтается ручка крана в умывальнике. Это сразу роняет рейтинг отеля в глазах клиента.
The hotel offers great facilities: garden restaurant with peacocks and rabbits and swimming pool with nice bar. Perfect breakfast with local dishes and ground coffee.
Sleeping bed was narrow.

Incredible staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful with anything and everything we needed.
There was a slight issue with our first room and they immediately switched us to another room. They helped suggest great places to eat and were generally happy and friendly — which was not the norm for our Uzbek trip.
We stayed at the Intercontinental tashkent and the staff here was on par with the staff there. Super happy with this place and the highly trained staff we interacted with from the reception to restaurant.
Breakfast food was 5/10. Breakfast staff was 10/10 😁

I felt all the staff wanted to ensure my comfort and for me to enjoy my stay there They achieved it ! They were welcoming, polite, respectful, efficient to the point of helping to carry my shopping bags to the room, and worked as a team. Thank you to all.
It was clean, tidy, aesthetically pleasing ..especially with the antics of the peacock and his four peahens :)

I stayed in this hotel before (in November 2023 with a group). Unfortunately, the hotel quality, while still decent, has decreased since then, especially the breakfast was of distinctively poorer choice and quality plus the room less functional.
Exceptionally diligent and welcoming staff.
Furnishings in my very large room could be more comfortable. Location is a bit far from center, but economical taxis are abundant.
Nice hotel with great breakfast. A wonderful garden outside accessible for all guests.
My room had a strange chemical smell. I could not open a window because I was on the first floor.
