Ein schönes Hotel mit Potenzial und leider schlechtem Service

Ein relativ neues Hotel, direkt an einem schönen gepflegten Strand, kostenlose Liegen am Strand, ein schöner Outdoor Pool, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Kaffee. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer wurde nicht verfügbar, die vom Hotel angebotene Alternative in einem minderwertigen Schwesterhotel nicht am Strand gelegen,, war unsererseits nicht akzeptabel. Chaotische Zustände am Frühstücksbuffet, Kaffee nur aus Pappbechern, arrogante Kellner, die mit sich selbst und ihren Handys beschäftigt waren. Kein Fünf Sterne-Standard

This is far from a 5-star hotel — I would barely rate it 3 stars.

The room was extremely disappointing: outdated decor, not renovated at all, with peeling paint, plumbing issues, and holes in the walls. I was told the room would be 55m², but in reality, it was no more than 30m². I had booked a “family room” specifically to have more space, but it felt cramped and misleading.

The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay. The pool area was chaotic — overcrowded with children and no sense of calm. By 8 a.m., all the sunbeds were already “claimed” by guests putting towels down like it was a contest. Completely unacceptable behavior, and of course, the manager did nothing to improve the situation.

And the breakfast? Absolutely disastrous. No toaster, no fresh omelets, no pastries — nothing you would expect from even a basic hotel breakfast. My husband and I have stayed in many hotels in our lives, and this was the first time we truly felt there was nothing decent to eat in the morning.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
