Pros:

Nothing not to like. Close to sea and town with bars and restaurants. It looked as though it had just been completely refitted and decorated. Large room, comfy bed, places to sit. Off street parking in a quiet area. It was mid December when we stayed but the room and entrance hall / stairs were warm. Well fitted bathroom and terrific shower. Everything we needed.

Cons:

The small electric radiator in the bathroom wasn't working. In December it needed to be.

Location and parking fantastic. Clean , quiet. Great instructions for arrival and check out.

Cons:

For us the bed was very hard. Problem with temperature on shower, scolding hot water but texted the owner and they told us how to work it.

The key in the key safe is really difficult to use in the main door, the key just keeps going round in a circle clockwise or anti clockwise

Would use again and overall very pleasant experience.

Very convenient. Good parking comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Never seen any one as this was all done by message and combination entry system. I think this should be declared prior to booking. Fortunately we managed fine but not as I had anticipated.

Pros:

Great, safe place, superb views, very clean, good facilities. Online staff service very responsive. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me the wonderful attic room with sea views. I really loved it and hope to come back.

Cons:

As other reviews pointed out, a combined oven function or at least a toaster would be very helpful. Also, the water in the shower soon becomes too hot and is indeed an issue. I could hear the noise from the neighbours very clearly but that looks like a structural problem of the building.

Very disappointed
Pros:

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We were charged £25 per dog, but nothing was provided for them — no bed, no bowls, no treats, not even a designated area for them. On top of that, the rules were very strict about dogs not being allowed on the bed. If a place is advertised as dog friendly, we’d expect at least some basic amenities or a more welcoming attitude toward pets. It really didn’t feel very dog friendly at all.

Jarenlang fantastisch!!!
Pros:

Alles want we komen hier al een paar jaar. Het is hygiënisch, dichtbij centrum en metro en eetgelegenheden. De straat uit en je bent aan Zee. Een fantastische plek!😘
