A comfortable and convenient stay with great service and thoughtful amenities.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay overall. The staff was warm, attentive, and made everything easy from check in to parking validation. I really appreciated the in-house laundry on multiple floors, which made it convenient and never crowded. The location is great with restaurants, shopping, Mega Don Quijote, and a Family Mart all within walking distance. Fresh towels were provided daily even with the do not disturb sign, which was a thoughtful touch. Wifi was strong and reliable, and it was nice to see the onsen open this time compared to our last visit.

Cons:

The beds were a little firmer than my personal preference, although still comfortable enough for a decent sleep. I was disappointed that I could not use the onsen due to having tattoos, and it would be great if the hotel could consider accommodations for international guests in the future. Parking is convenient on site, but the daily fee after the first 24 hours can add up.

部屋はきれいだった。

Cons:

風呂が混雑していて露天風呂に入れなかった。露天風呂から部屋までの移動が長い。できれば部屋に無料の飲料水を人数分そろえてほしい。ベッドのマットレスが硬くて寝つきが悪かった。

部屋に使用済み割り箸が落ちていた。
タオルをケチり過ぎです。入浴にタオルを使うと、手を洗ったり洗顔時のタオルが残りません。ハンドタオルをもう一枚用意するべき！

泊代が安くて良かったです。
Pros:

4人部屋にベットが四つあり　とても良かったです。
冷蔵庫が小さいから4人分の飲み物を入るのにキリキリでした。

Cons:

部屋から大浴場まで歩いて行ったけど遠いです。
2回目に行くのが面倒になりました。

Cons:

タオルをケチり過ぎだと思いました。入浴にバスタオルとハンドタオルを使うと、部屋のタオルがなくなります！追加でタオル１枚につき¥100〜¥200を払わないとダメでした。温泉にお部屋のタオルを使うのだから、ハンドタオル１枚位は余計に置いて欲しいです。

Pros:

お部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気でとても素敵でした！
隣接している温泉もあってリラックスできました。
ホテルの周りにも飲食店がたくさんあって便利でした。
階段に飾られたお雛様が圧巻でした

Cons:

連泊で使用したコップがそのままだったのが残念でしたがメモを残したら取り替えておいてくれました。
