Could be much better
Pros:

The room was OK.. Could be cleaner. The staff was OK especially Hashim at the reception. Very courteous... And the bellboys Absar.

Cons:

The shuttle service sucks.. The company the dealt with called Hafel was awful frequency wise... And not so clean bused with rude drivers that lack appearance and personal hygiene. U absolutely can't rely on the shuttle service.
