Pros:

The stuff was friendly and the room had a good size.

Cons:

The room and the toilet smelled after sewage.
The pillows were not comfortable.
They were hard like a brick and the other one was lumpy inside.
The kettle and coffee machine hadn't been properly cleaned either.
Until 9.30 pm we heard loud conversations, but we didn't know where they coming from, whether from the restaurant or the next room; there was definitely a group talking and celebrating loudly you could hear every word.
I paid £ 210 and definitely expected something better

Wonderful seaside get away with great food and comfy accommodation
Pros:

Lovely bright room, well decorated and comfortable. Lovely location. Had dinner and food was good. Breakfast was absolutely great too.
We had our dog with us and there was a doggy gift box when we arrived with treats and a rag toy - nice touch.

Cons:

Everything was great so no negatives about our stay

Beautiful stay and felt like a real treat.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the beds / amenities all fantastic. Wonderful to be so close to the beach. Shower was dreamy!

Room and staff great

Cons:

A 10% added to food bill and drinks bill ( discretionary) but I would rather ask to leave a tip. £14 tip added one night !

Pros:

Location fantastic, lovely hotel with rooms modern feel and comfortable. Restaurant was good value with varied menu. Breakfast good offering too. Would revisit.

Cons:

Nothing too much. Possibly less dogs around the place , but appreciate that is personal opinion.

Lovely hotel and a beautiful coastline
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, we also ate on the Sunday night and the food was lovely. Great area for walking and plenty of amenities in Alnmouth itself.
Got a shortbread biscuit everyday a really nice touch.

Nice place to stay does really nice lunches

My main meal was very large and the vegetables were not well cooked my husband’s meal was lovely and well presented
