Great experience with a baby
Pros:

The service from all the staff there was amazing, having a small child with us they went above and beyond to cater for us. The services at the hotel were amazing, the large selection of restaurants and bars available.

Cons:

The smoking smell in my room but it was not evident in other rooms.

Pros:

It’s convenient, has restaurants, room was quiet.

Cons:

The whole property needs a deep clean, rooms included. Maintenance needs to be done to fix and repair things so when you check into your room the locks and latches are not broken, and then when you are moved rooms the telephone is not destroyed by the previous guest(which why someone would destroy the phone is ridiculous). From a food prospective, the complementary breakfast is good, but would encourage cleanliness of the food area, utensils not being on the food but on a plate next to the food for each. Be sure to wash all produce thoroughly with sanitary hands.
The team who works on the property is fantastic, friendly, attentive, keep up the great work.

We had a wonderful stay in Silverstar Hotel, truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Pros:

The highlight of our stay was the comfort of the bed (the best in all hotels we've been to), the clean white linen, beautiful and homely room. we had a good rest for sure. for this reason, we are sure to book again whenever we need to have a good break away from the busy cities.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better with more options for people that don't eat meat, e.g. add fish as alternative. Pls also have fruits available. I was not happy when I asked for muffins and was told there aren't any, they had chocolate flavour left, and I prefer carrot, bran or vanilla.

Breakfast was good,staff friendly,spa was exceptional but the maintenance of the property needs a serious revamp.

The reception staff were friendly,the room was clean.The spa facilities onsite are amazing and the staff at the spa are kind and courteous.

Cons:

I was booked into room 101,which is right next to the lift area and the reception.The entire night the staff were entering and exiting the staff/management room next to the reception area,the door makes a huge loud banging sound when opened or closed.I didn’t sleep the entire night as that door was opened over a 100 times with staff entering and exiting.It was extremely distracting and sounded like someone was in my room banging the door constantly.I can’t believe that such an establishment has no proper maintenance in place for the door so as to not interrupt guests.The toilet as well in my room when flushed made a constant leaking sound and the shower drain was lose and I could move it with my foot.I did complain to the staff and they made a plan the next day to move me to another room but I was extremely upset to pay so much money and have my sleep interrupted by a noisy door.They really need to up their game and make sure that they maintain the property if they want guests to visit the hotel.This was very disappointing as it was my first time staying at this hotel and I don’t think I will be back.

The room, staff and facilities got the job done in comfort
Pros:

The privacy and silence in the room was shockingly exceptional, considering our room was facing the casino’s restaurant zone. It was much appreciated.

Cons:

The shower, unfortunately, had a slight leak onto the bathroom floor. Regardless of the direction, the water from the shower or the handheld shower head still caused a slight leak.
