Pros:

The breakfast was good .

Cons:

Few things-
The lane to the hotel is way too narrow ..like a one way road at a time.
Also during our dlstay the drainage pipe was jammed..so all the dirty water was on the whole street and it was very smelly .
There was mosquito and cockroach .
I had informed the manager to help me with the coil in evening .
But even at night they didn't get me any things for the mosquitos ..had to call multiple times ..till they got me agarbatti as at that late hour only this was available .

Lack of tissue boxes in the room. Neighbours external to the hotel were playing loud music a couple of nights.

Pros:

the location was Good. breakfast is excellent with sufficient choice of food.

Cons:

A full time restaurant is needed if possible. otherwise try to include roomservice with the aid of external restaurants.
the only negative I noticed is the drainage facility of wet area, which is not upto the mark

Not advisable for leisure
Pros:

The reception and the welcoming porch are well maintained

Cons:

They have to invest more on interior of the room and mainly washroom. Toilet seat was broken and pipes are old.
