Great all around experience. My plane landed late front desk staff reached out to me to see if i needed them to stay later so that I could check in, I was able to make it before the office closed, super kind and thoughtful on their part to check that I was able to make my reservation on time as the office closes at 6pm. Room is clean, updated, everything worked, and ac was amazing after spending time at the beach or going for a walk. A lot of restaurants and shops are within walking distance or a short 3min drive. Only draw back was trying to figure out how to get the shades fully closed at first around the a/c, but an easy fix as I prefer the room dark when I sleep. Lastly day of my checkout (10am) my flight wasn’t until 4pm on Monday, the front desk was kind enough to help me out with a late check out to accommodate me due to my flight. I was able to go hang out at the beach for a bit longer which was needed before jumping on a plane. They were even so kind they waived the fee since no one was booking the room for that morning. All around very accommodating and great experience. Would go back

Beautiful, cozy & clean suite. Easy check in, free parking & comfortable king bed. Right across the street from the beach & easy to walk to local businesses. Will def stay again!

Code to the room was changed during our stay and no one thought to tell us, good thing the office lady stayed over pass office closing time and I was able to ask her for it.

Place is a hidden gem. Cute rooms, updated with huge tvs, stainless steel appliances, cute decor, very quiet, laundry, bbq grill, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Angie, the manager is amazing, and extremely prompt and helpful. Pool was clean, comfy bed and furniture, walk right across the street and you are at the beach. Free parking. Maintenance guys were even very helpful when i asked them to help me lift the top back on my jeep. I will definitely be returning. Not soon enough! Great place to vacation.

Hidden gem of Treasure island. Outside of the hotel is a bit dated but the room was freshly remodeled with a full kitchen. Staff brought fresh towels when asked. Missed a connecting flight that caused me to be a day late and after hours. Had no issue checking in. Hotel is right across the street from the beach. Cant beat it for the price. Ill definitely stay here again if I am in the area again.

Worse place to stay EVER no one at the office to greet you nor do they answer the phone when you call the phone number. Get to the room and for having a kitchenette in the room they provide nothing. No paper towels, hot pads for oven when cooking, nothing to clean dishes or dry dishes. One towel per guest for bathroom and they don’t check on you to see if you need more towels plus no toiletries you basically have to go shopping to make sure you have everything for your stay. They leave a note telling you the bare essentials but they never come around to see if you need anything or if you’re doing ok. If you’re new in the area better make sure you have everything mapped out cause you will definitely get no information from owner or help because they aren’t around to ask. If I knew this I would have never have stayed here only thing going for this place close to the beach.

The staff and room was excellent. I will definitely stay again, and for longer.

Best location

Good price for being close to the beach. You can walk across the street to get to the beach. Pool was warm - but like other reviews stated, they only provide 2 towels for the entire stay, which was frustrating. Ample parking which was included was a plus.

Good value and close to the beach. Clean pool and very quiet area.

Clean safe stay. Room was comfortable. Stocked kitchen. Which is great for making meals. Didnt use the pool but a lot of people did. Short walk across the street to the beach. AC unit is in the bedroom, so take that as you will. I always travel with a fan or buy one. So that helps for the living room area making the whole room cool. Would stay again.

Faltan muchas cosas. La cocina no tiene jabon de platos ni esponjas. Tube que pedirlos. No limpiaron mi habitacion . Debsjo de la cama requirre aspiradora urgente. Un TV no funcionaba y los AC muy ruidosos

The unit we stayed (138) was amazing, excellent conditions, just remodeled very nice, and was extremely clean. The common areas also very clean.. they have security cameras outside the property. We will stay again there.

My family and I had a great time. Our room was clean, organized and had everything we needed for our stay. Its very close to restaurants and The Johns Pass. 5 min walk to the beach. Highly recommended

This property needs some love! It said everything was just remodeled but it does not look like that.there were ants everywhere!!! Inside and out. Window air conditioner dripped water outside on the patio which was wet and slippery all day the whole time it was on. Pool was really dirty, stuff all over the bottom even though they had a robot cleaner in the pool,bathroom toilet ran which was very loud and annoying especially trying to sleep right beside the bathroom.

I liked walking distance to beach

It looks nice. LOOKS but thats it ac isnt or a fan insnt in the living room so dont plan on sleeping out there if you like ac. Bed broke from js sitting on the edge. Wifi passwords are wrong they dont provide dish soap or sponge but require you do to them. They advertise youll have hand soap hand towels wash clothes but they dont pool chairs break when you sit on them.

Room was clean and comfortable. Was close to bus stop and we were able to take bus to Johns pass. PaQuiwabeachneach.

Office staff were grumpy! We were left 2 towels and 1 wash cloth! They don’t have bath mats, tub had stains, no hair dryer, Dirty sheet left on pull out bed, and dirty sock left under the couch. No soap to wash hands. Mismatch of bodywash and shampoo and already used bottles.
