Sunrise Motel

We had a short stay to sleep for a few extra hours before going for a cruise and the staff was very helpful and let us check-in at 4am in the morning + drove us to our cruise (all free of charge)

De uitbaters zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, het voelt alsof ze je eigen ouders kunnen zijn! Ze bieden hun hulp spontaan aan om een dagtour op Halong Bay te regelen, om je te voeren naar het centrum van Chai Bay en om voor je te zorgen als je wat ziekjes bent. Echt een aanrader!

Les propriétaires sont adorables et très accueillants. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés pour aller voir la baie d'Ha long et aussi repartir sur Hanoï. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et très confortables ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

A lovely fairly new family run motel in a quiet area of ha long with necessities close by.Ashleigh our host was able to speak very good english and helped immensly with travel and sightseeing.

Everything was neat and clean and updated.

Family taking care of motel are sweet. There fresh fruit juice & coffee are very good do try very good and very reasonable price. Hadn't have the opportunity to try food.

Absolutely everything!!!! The owners were some of the kindest, most accommodating people we’ve met. They went above and beyond to help us, not just with our booking but with local advice and support before we even arrived. We had a very late (middle of the night) check-in after an overnight bus, and they were so welcoming, flexible and patient. Their communication was exceptional. The location was perfect, just a short walk to where the Ha Long Bay cruises depart. Perfect if you're looking for someone to stay before or after a cruise. The room was spotless, spacious, and modern. It had everything we needed, was super comfortable, and we were honestly blown away by the quality for the price. Exceptional value for money.

The staff was amazing. We were so lucky that the daughter was back home for national holidays cause she speaks a perfect English and she could give us lots of advices and helped booking the night train. Even if her parents speak less English, they’ve been super cute and prepared delicious pho, noodles and breakfast. The home made yogurt with fresh fruit was incredible.
We also used the laundry service and our clothes were fresh and clean the morning after.

We also came back the day after just to have lunch and a fresh fruit juice since they were nice and kind. Super recommended

Clean room and very kind and awesome hospitality staffs.

Stayed for few hours only as arrived from Ha Giang to Ha Long Bay at 4am. My cruise check in was 11am. Motel allowed for late check in and it’s situated about 5 min away from all the cruises. Great value for money.

During my past three weeks travelling in Vietnam I have stayed in many Hotels, some costing more, some costing less but the Sunrise Motel has been the standout. Everything about it is a 10 out of 10, including, and especially the hosts.

The owners were extremely kind and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. They were empathetic to my cousin and her boyfriend who had a stomach virus. We’re glad we found this hotel to recuperate.

The nicest people on earth ! Thank you once again ! 😊
