Sunrise Motel

L’emplacement était super pour un départ de croisière le lendemain, quartier très calme.
Couple charmant qui tient l’hôtel, petit déjeuner très bon.
Chambre très grande

L hôtel est très confortable, près de la Marina. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Ce matin le propriétaire nous a conduit a notre embarquement.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. La stanza era molto bella e soprattutto pulitissima, probabilmente la migliore in cui sia stato finora. Letto comodo, doccia calda e tutto veramente perfetto.

La posizione è ottima, proprio all’ingresso dei due porti, in una via molto carina e piacevole.

I proprietari sono stati super gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno aiutato con gli spostamenti in modo efficiente e sempre con grande cordialità.

Esperienza davvero ottima. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

We had a short stay to sleep for a few extra hours before going for a cruise and the staff was very helpful and let us check-in at 4am in the morning + drove us to our cruise (all free of charge)

De uitbaters zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, het voelt alsof ze je eigen ouders kunnen zijn! Ze bieden hun hulp spontaan aan om een dagtour op Halong Bay te regelen, om je te voeren naar het centrum van Chai Bay en om voor je te zorgen als je wat ziekjes bent. Echt een aanrader!

Les propriétaires sont adorables et très accueillants. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés pour aller voir la baie d'Ha long et aussi repartir sur Hanoï. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et très confortables ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

A lovely fairly new family run motel in a quiet area of ha long with necessities close by.Ashleigh our host was able to speak very good english and helped immensly with travel and sightseeing.

Everything was neat and clean and updated.

Family taking care of motel are sweet. There fresh fruit juice & coffee are very good do try very good and very reasonable price. Hadn't have the opportunity to try food.

Absolutely everything!!!! The owners were some of the kindest, most accommodating people we’ve met. They went above and beyond to help us, not just with our booking but with local advice and support before we even arrived. We had a very late (middle of the night) check-in after an overnight bus, and they were so welcoming, flexible and patient. Their communication was exceptional. The location was perfect, just a short walk to where the Ha Long Bay cruises depart. Perfect if you're looking for someone to stay before or after a cruise. The room was spotless, spacious, and modern. It had everything we needed, was super comfortable, and we were honestly blown away by the quality for the price. Exceptional value for money.
