Great pool, great value
Pros:

A great value for the price, breakfast is great, the pool is very nice and the staff is very helpful. I think this hotel exceeds expectations and is a great value for my expectations, will recommend in the future to anybody asks me about accommodations in Neptun

Cons:

În cameră au fost foarte mulți păianjeni, deasupra ușii liftului de la etajul 3 la fel de mulți păienjeni, am mâncat crenwursti cat pentru toată viața din cauza micului dejun care nu este unul foarte diversificat, pe scurt cea mai proasta experiență pe care am avut-o în incinta unui hotel din România, apropo, doamna manager nu m-ati sunat nici in ziua de astazi sa lămurim situația foarte neplăcută prin care am trecut la hotelul pe care dumneavoastră îl manageriati

Baia execrabilă, coșul de gunoi murdar, vesela de la micul dejun murdara. Micul dejun același in 3 zile. Piscina murdara.

Un sejur pe cinste, cu toate obiecțiile de mai sus, aș reveni oricând!🤗

Locația a fost perfectă aproape de plajă, piscină foarte frumoasă, vederea din camere frumoasă, mâncarea a fost delicioasă și foarte multă, o singură seară a fost când nu am mai apucat mare lucru🫣

Cons:

Au fost mai multe aspecte neplăcute:
1. Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, sejurul nostru a fost de pe 26.08-31.08, fetele care se ocupau cu acest serviciu au intrat o singură dată și au luat 2 prosoape, mă așteptam să găsesc curat după ele, dar din păcate nu a fost așa.
2. Priza din baie a fost defectă, ne-am și curentat
3. Am luat pachet all inclusive și mi-aș fi dorit ca la prânz să am mai multe sortimente de unde pot alege, nu mai zic ca au fost seri când am ajuns la ora 20:00 pentru cină și nu prea am avut ce să mai luăm 😔
Exceptând cele de mai sus a fost bine

Camera curată, lenjerie curată, schimbarea prosoapele se face ori de câte ori este solicitată.

Cons:

În 5 zile nu au facut curat in camera nici macar o data, de schimbat prosoape sau lenjeria de pat, nici nu se pune problema.
Dupa ce faci dus trebuie sa ai mare grija cum iesi,, toată baia este plină de apa.
Am luat cazare cu mic-dejun, in fiecare zi am avut aceleași " preparate". Cel putin o jumătate de an nu vrem sa mai vedem oua fierte, ochiuri si omleta (mult spus omleta...o fâșie de ou prin care puteai citi ziarul).
Erau familii cu all inclusive care ziceau ca si la prânz si cina nu ai ce manca.

Clar noi nu vom reveni.
