The property is now managed by someone, Not Dhammika, please avoid
Cons:

The property. Was not ready to accept. guests,I did not find anything that was said in previous reviews. The accommodation not prepared for our visit, air con was leaking in family room had to change room.The keyhole was rusted had to be mended. When it rained both rooms got flooded,
There was power cut on whole night, due to electrical fault of the property ,that day evening meal was not available, reception ask us to get via uber for children. The place is far away from the town, The morning breakfast was the same for all days , toast, egg and fruits!

Good, clean stay for price. Poor wifi and food.
Pros:

Clean room and bathroom. AC worked very well. Beautiful view of the ocean from bedroom.

Cons:

Wifi was not working well. Complimentary breakfast and lunch/dinner dishes were passable, but not very good.

The place is right near the beach.
Pros:

The room was so clean and the place is winderful

Cons:

The staff had left before we could order our lunch. We had to ordee for delivery and had to wait one hour.

Fine hotel, amazing location, slightly expensive
Pros:

Generally clean, amazing location right on the beach and a very spacious room. We got a welcome drink and the staff was generally very helpful. Furthermore, the hotel had a tuk tuk which made it approachable to go out: the owner could bring us (normal charge)

Cons:

Although the staff was generally helpful, they were a bit pressing. We hadn’t discussed about breakfast and while we had been out until late the night before we wanted to sleep a bit late too. Yet, at 9am we were woken up by the doorbell of our room with the message that our breakfast was ready. We didn’t get up until 11am and then our breakfast was standing there, in the heat, without covering against the many flies. Although well intended, they should discuss with the guests or wait until the guest expresses wishes

Super beach font hotel
Pros:

New beach front hotel, very comfortable, big and clean room and big bathroom.
Very good and large swimming pool and fantastic serene beach!
Very friendly staff, feeling like at home.
Tasty breakfast, much fruit for breakfast and

managment is trying something but it's not enough for the prizes they ask for the rooms. Lower the prizes and improv

the location. quiet place. the fruit platter for breakfast(included)

Cons:

much overpriced. 50 dollars for a room which is max. 25-28 dollars. no generator(a lot of powercuts). lock of the room was broken. no elevator(steep staircase tough for elder people). AC was leaking water. all in all quiet unprofessional for the prize range.
