La ubicación no puede ser mejor.

Cons:

En 6 dias que nos ospedamos solo vinieron a limpiar y cambiar las toallas y sábanas 1 solo día, lo que nos parece muy insuficiente.

Ubicación excelente.

Cons:

La limpieza es cada 3 días, nos hospedamos de Miércoles a Sábado y no pasaron a realizar la limpieza ningún día. Cuando les enviamos un mensaje para solicitar que por favor nos realizaran limpieza, la respuesta fue que es cada tres días y tiene un precio extra. Increíble que se defina como hotel de 4 estrellas con este servicio. Lo único bueno respecto a esto fue que cuando solicitamos toallas no lo facilitaron sin problemas .

La alfombra estaba súper sucia llena de manchas y el sillón. Al igual que el papel de la pared del baño llenas de manchas de pasta de dientes. Era bastante desagradable la verdad. Muy bonita decoración pero una pena la limpieza.

Tenía una futura reserva prevista con ellos pero ha he cancelado porque ha dejado mucho que desear.

The staff member who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The next morning the other staff member was indifferent and not very helpful. We got upset on behalf of another guest who was checking in at 11:00 and leaving her luggage until a room was available. She had just arrived from the airport. She politely asked if she could use a toilet, but all he could say was, no and he was sorry. There 2 empty rooms on the 1st floor and our room was just checkout on the 2nd floor….so I asked the guy if he sits at reception the whole day without going to the toilet? He just looked at me and said…sorry he cannot help!

I find this ridiculous, the poor girl just arrived on a flight and was a guest at the hotel…..just a little effort from the employee, a small gesture could go a long was. One can have the most amazing business…but they can be made or be broken by an employees attitude!

Cerca de todo en la gran vía. Llegas caminando a plaza mayor, mercado San Miguel y monumentos.

Cons:

Puede equiparse mejor; condicionador, papel toalla, etc.
El Aire acondicionado no podía utilizarse. Limpieza solo cada 3 días

A very enjoyable trip. The apartment was excellent.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious for four adults, reception were very friendly and helpful on arrival, the building was very nice inside and clean everywhere. There was nothing negative I could say about these apartments.

Madrid nella comodità di un alloggio silenzioso su Gran Via

Posizione Ottima! Abbiamo soggiornato nell'alloggio suite posizionato al 5 piano. Appartamento dotato di cucina con piastra ad induzione frigo e macchinetta caffe con capsule. Sfruttata per la preparazione della colazione. Molto luminoso, pulito e insonorizzato. Camera con letto comodo e zona giorno con divano letto, altrettanto comodo.
Il giorno della partenza abbiamo lasciato i trolley dopo il check out, senza pagamento aggiuntivo fino al tardo pomeriggio , avendo il volo di rientro, la sera.
Lo consiglio !
