Pros:

We got a different room and they said it was upgraded. However, it was not sea view. It was basic room.

Receptionist were not friendly

Pros:

Music outside was tooo loud, and this was not mentioned during booking. Couldn’t sleep untill 11 pm. So disappointing overall property is good, staff is great but not worth the price

Breakfast… very poor… and disorganised…the client composition not compatible with the room prices… client profile needs improvement… to make the facility more up market niche… if that is the management objective… prices indicate the clients will be more up market but on ground that’s not so..
