Расположение удачное, 15 минут прогулочным шагом до старого города
Мы бронировали два номера с семьей, нас расселили в разные крылья 2го этажа, утверждая, что номеров больше нет. В итоге оказалось, что соседний номер свободен. В номере в ванной был огромный таракан. На завтраке в 9:30 ничего уже не было, приходилось просить, чтобы принесли огурцы, бекон, и все остальное тоже. В одном из номеров не было ни щетки, ни набора косметического. Так же было много вещей и 2 ребенка, помощь с вещами предложена не была.

Location was good, rooms were clean
I booked an inner courtyard view room, but I wasn't given the same. Also the bathroom didn't have the brushing kit, which when i informed the response was cold.
Reception staffs
The Temperature Control was not working for 2 days, so we opened the window for 2 days. Informed the facility people; they said it was a technical issue, and the temperature in the room was 27 °C. We suffered a lot. 2 days did not settle the issue.
There's no attendant/boy to collect the luggage and take us into the room. We took the big trooly kept all our luggages and went to the room. So it was very hectic for us.
Already paid for breakfast, but they let us pay again, there were not many options for breakfast, it was wastage of money.
They kept waiting for almost 2 hours, because I have 2 small kids aged 2 & 5 years old, not applicable for this room, then they told me to upgrade the room, finally I said yes because of the waiting, but the rates mentioned on the screen and what they were saying did not match, what they told me was very high. I was told to proceed, but the reception guy again discussed with the manager, settled the issue and gave us the room we booked. This drama cost us almost 2 hours in the evening.
