Loved this place.
Pros:

Great team, even at the late hours of the night. Great comms prior to arrival and all the way throughout. Amazing location and view from the ocean rooms. I'm disappointed by the absence of seaside access but understand that croc safety is important.... :)
And evening on the rooftop restaurant was sensational.

Cons:

Oh look, it'd be nice to have a free lobster lunch but really, there is nothing to complain about.

Disappointing

Good position, ample parking

Cons:

We had a so called Marina View Room booked, the only view from our veranda was a brick wall and rocks. No batteries in the tv remote, the iPad to contact reception wasn’t working. No personal items in the bathroom (eg shower cap).
We also noticed that the gardens along the pathway connecting the hotel to the casino were in need of some weeding. This hotel has definitely dropped its standards since our previous stays.
