Love this boutique hotel, so quiet and peaceful, room was large, clean and well appointed. Nice pool area. Located easy walk to river front & Dragon bridge. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff.
Longer shower curtain
Friendly and kind staff. Pool. Elevator. Short distance to the craziness yet far enough to be in a quiet street.
Water pressure for shower would be a tad stronger… but I am really nitpicking here.

We loved our stay in LaDa’s house.
It was clean comfortable and a perfect location.
That staff were lovely and the facilities were amazing would definitely recommend and 100#’y return when back in da nand

We absolutely loved everything. The peace, the tranquility, zero outside noise. Its very close to all the hot spots of the city . Very walkable. located in a posh and quaint street. The architecture is such that it is little away from the hustle bustle of room and rooms dont get traffic or outside noise which is generally the most common issue in other properties. We loved the room. Enough ventilation and sunlight. The showers worked perfectly well. The staff was helpful . We didnt go in plunge pool but it looked quite nice and private . Beautiful decor and I feel like the owners are very high on emotional quotient because of how they explain the property. We enjoy staying at places built with love and passion
Location is ok, but the rest is total mess.
It was the worst stay we ever had. The room was all covered with mold and dirt. I know humidity is high but there must also have been some construction issues and high level negligence. I can understand the walls are wet due to rain but if you are meant to sleep on pillows, mattress all covered with mold that is too much. EVERYTHING WAS COVERED WITH MOLD. All the fabrics, plastic elements, even stickers, so it's not something that showed overnight. They knew what they are selling. We stayed there in december, so rainy season, but none of the other bookings we had in the area was that neglected and molded with same humidity. The smell was hard to bear and all our staff stinked. I showed the staff all the issues and once we were leaving they put clean cover on the same molded bedding. See the photos and look for another place to stay. Also, there are rules written for you as a guest everywhere, but it seems there are no rules for the hosts. And the reception desk is open only few hours during the day.

The staff is quite friendly and problem solving.
I stayed at this place in Da Nang’s old town area, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The surrounding environment was very dirty and messy, which already gave a bad first impression. When I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, and both the bedding and blanket had an unpleasant odor. The shower curtain was moldy, and overall the room did not feel clean.
The bathroom was very basic and poorly maintained. Hygiene standards were clearly below expectations.
Relaxing and surrounded by great restaurants.
Everything was fine. The room was simple but perfect.
