Pros:

The view from the property was nice - it is about a mile or two from the main beach area which is good if you like a bit of peace. There is a mini-bus or shuttle that goes to the main strip area

Cons:

There is no clear divide between balconies which offers no privacy. There was also a shelf that is installed at head level on the toilet, which resulted in an injury to our party. When we checked out the staff in the office didn’t know the process for checking out.

Pros:

Room was clean. The balcony was nice. The property is well maintained.

Thin walls. Location was noisy. View is beyond the parking lot.

3rd floor view of the ocean. Room was cute! Directly across from the beach.

Cons:

Room very small, table and chairs were outside. So in rainy weather there was no where to sit but outside with no awning. Bathroom toilet had 2 shelves right overhead, so CAUTION when standing.

It was a perfect place for a girls getaway!
Pros:

The room was so cute and cozy with a great view! Having live music and a snack shack in the back yard was so convenient! And the beach was right across the street.

A great boutique hotel without the flash and glam.

A few things where broken. I did report it on Tuesday. The outside light on the porch over 101 door out stayed on all night was a little to bright.

It was ok, but I will stay closer to Hampton beach next time
Pros:

Hotel was clean overall, it was nice having music and food and drinks on property outside

Cons:

Pool was disappointing, small kinda yucky. Our room was right next to main entrance door and they just give everyone a code to door so all day, night and early morning you hear peeping and everyone coming in hotel, our shower was tiny and a little on the yucky side, it was the only thing in room not upgraded

Great location, has most everything for a wonderful stay
Pros:

Location was great, loved access to beach and pool. A family friendly vibe. The onsite surf beach club with entertainment and lite bites was a surprising plus. Air conditioning was spot on and adjusted well to day heat and evening coolness. Nice homey touches to updated clean room and comfortable bedding.

Cons:

While we didn’t experience any loud voices, door slamming or disturbances, you could hear normal conversations clearly in the next room. The keypads pinged on entry and every door entrance was heard pinging every time. Being sensitive to sounds, this facility has no soundproofing.
No convenient stores were walkable.
Food overpriced at onsite surf bar.
