Great location, has most everything for a wonderful stay
Pros:

Location was great, loved access to beach and pool. A family friendly vibe. The onsite surf beach club with entertainment and lite bites was a surprising plus. Air conditioning was spot on and adjusted well to day heat and evening coolness. Nice homey touches to updated clean room and comfortable bedding.

Cons:

While we didn’t experience any loud voices, door slamming or disturbances, you could hear normal conversations clearly in the next room. The keypads pinged on entry and every door entrance was heard pinging every time. Being sensitive to sounds, this facility has no soundproofing.
No convenient stores were walkable.
Food overpriced at onsite surf bar.

Très bien pour une pause près de l'océan
Pros:

Hotel original. Heures de réception assez restreintes, mais cela ne dérange pas.
Très beau balcon, permettant non seulement de boire une verre mais aussi de manger .
Sympathique coin de délassement (snacks-cocktails) derrière l'hôtel

Cons:

Evidemment avoir un grand balcon se paie : la chambre est petite et la salle de bain toute petite. Mais le but étant d'être dehors c'est un choix assumé je suppose.

Great location and decent accommodations
Pros:

Great location, cute room, excellent balcony. Love that it’s across the road from the beach. Super cute lil fridge and nespresso machine. Nice decor.

Cons:

There were ants in the bathroom, pillows are old and squishy, mini split makes loud noises like it needs a cleaning.

A great choice.
Pros:

This place is beautiful and the views are amazing! It was a bit on the pricier side but not too far off. Overall it was beautiful and comfortable. I would book again for short stays.

Cons:

The stairs are only access to 2nd floor where u get the best views. Balconies are not entirely private neighbors are right there. Maybe a board or curtain to separate them would be cool. I could hear every door close and every time someone used the key pad to enter.

A night in Hampton Beach
Pros:

Location was nice as close to the beach (across the street from the wall). Note that north beach (across the street) is a rocky beach (the sandy beach is the main beach a few mikes away). It was also easy to park (free parking) and nice layout for two people traveling together (where separate beds are needed).

Cons:

The two twin beds did not have top sheets…only the fitted bottom sheet and a bedspread. The shower curtain was the old style that was not rounded so the curtain touches you when in the shower and there was very little storage or shelves in the bathroom. We were also wondering why all the door handles throughout the unit were positioned very low??
