The staff there is very accommodating and nice
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating, even though when I first arrived, I was not in the best of moods. It was not the Desk Man”s fault and he handled the situation very well. I was disgruntled about having to pay an additional hundred dollar deposit fee when I thought I had paid everything already through Booking.com. I later wouldn’t apologized.

Cons:

They could probably do with getting rid of the carpet, but other otherwise there really wasn’t anything to complain about.

Very nice place with parking included and run by super friendly and competent staff. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The location is amazing - easy walk to opera, symphony, theater, museums, BART, and more. Our room was pristine clean, nicely decorated, and the heat/ac worked perfectly.

Cons:

I would stay here again for the location and price alone but if you’re picky about first appearances then you may not be happy. Firstly, it’s a motel (not hotel) with all rooms opening to an outside corridor and car parking in front. The elevator worked fine but it’s small and worn down.

Pros:

la amabilidad del personal. Tenía una situación especial con mi pareja (estaba sin poder pisar con un pie por una cirugía). El personal buscó una habitación para que no tuviera que caminar prácticamente, y un lugar especial para estacionar el coche.

This property was not for me, and I won't be booking here again.

The only thing I liked about our room was it had 2 King beds.

Cons:

I didn't like that our room was located on the top floor and to get there we had to use the stairs which were located outside like a motel 6. Didn't like parking rate fee, which we had to drive around to the corner to the back of property in an alley way to park with no security (parking should be free). we had to walk around the block to get to the hotel and up 3 flights to get to the room. The neighborhood was sketchy and unsafe. Room->not enough lighting.

Rooms had that old carpet damn smell from cleaning. Baths need a renovation but other wise the bedding was very clean, great for budget hotel
