This is a fantastic, new and modern residence building with everything you will need for a self contained stay. The rooms are spacious and I would have given this place a higher score if it wasn’t for the downright rude behavior of Jordan, who checked me in. Jordan made sure to get me started off on my week long stay on the wrong foot. She was combative, and overall very unpleasant to deal with. She has absolutely no business working in customer service as she is a total turnoff. I felt like cancelling reservation when dealing with her nasty attitude, but my booking was non-refundable.
However, on a brighter note, Katelyn, another front desk attendant was totally and completely friendly and customer service oriented. She and the other young ladies working the front desk made me feel welcome enough to stay for an entire week. I would also note that Jordan was so mean and unprofessional that she refused to greet me whenever she was on duty. Very off-puttting indeed and if it wasn’t for the other lovely young front desk attendants and even the friendly housekeeping staff, I would have given this place a worse score.

No breakfast
There is no sign on the building stating it is the hotel and uber could not locate it which took me 2 Ubers and an hour to locate it. I had to be let in by the manager since the door was door was locked this is a very questionable location., as a single women traveling alone I did not like waiting for someone to come to let me in.
Like that it was like saying in an apartment.
Staff wasn’t helpful, poor cellular service, room was not well maintained, and location was in an unsafe neighborhood.
The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is central and close to the metro. While the surrounding area isn’t the most charming, I had no issues walking around.
I stayed for 10 nights on a business trip and requested room cleaning several times (you need to arrange it 24 hours in advance), but it was never carried out. I'm not sure why this happened -- the staff were apologetic -- but I would suggest improving the system to ensure cleaning requests are followed through, especially for guests staying for an extended period.
The moderate sized and clean room was good for the money, and the close proximity to metro ( 11 mins trek) makes it easy for connection to the airports.
One particular female receptionist does not behave professional.
It was clean and well stocked. The front desk was very helpful. I liked that I could text with any questions.
There wasn't a bar or anything to hold onto in the shower. There was no parking and I couldn't figure out how to get in the parking lot across the street. No vending machines meant we had to go out for anything.

De receptioniste was bij aanvang niergens te vinden, ze hing de rest van de tijd dat wij er verbleven onderuit op haar stoel, was onvriendelijk, onsympathiek en had duidelijk geen plezier in haar werk. Er was geen wasmiddel voor de wasmachine ondanks meerdere toezeggingen. Een stoel op onze kamer brak in stukken toen ik wilde ging zitten en een harde val was het gevolg. Gelukkig geen letsel, maar dat had vervelend kunnen aflopen. De stoel was zichtbaar al gebroken geweest en in elkaar geschoven terug gezet. Ik ben met de stoeldelen naar de receptie gegaan en er zou binnen een half uur een vervangende stoel worden gebracht. Dat is nooit gebeurd en we hebben de overige dagen niet kunnen zitten aan tafel.. ik merkte dat er een foute borg was afgeschreven. Geen 100, maar 250 dollar. Ik meldde dat en zou worden gebeld door de manager.. dat is niet gebeurd. Niets meer gehoord. Ik kan dit appartement en vooral de staf niet aanbevelen. Beter zoek je een verblijf met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
