Executive Inn & Suites Near Lackland AFB

They are running a deposit scam to keep some or all of customers deposits. The manager here demands a $100 deposit using your credit card to stay here. My card would not accept the charge so they had to take my $100 deposit in cash. I ended up staying 3 days and before I check out I always wipe everything down, I sweep using a small broom in my car and I throw the trash out just so I don't have to put up with the manager trying to keep my deposit. However, when I went to check out the manager went to check out my room and spent 10 min before coming back and she started telling me that she was going to keep $10 of my deposit because my towel was wet and dirty and that I was lucky she didn't keep all of it cuz m the inside of the fridge was dirty. So now we have to do our own laundry and detail our room before we are allowed to check out? She is stealing $10 from me to pay for basically shop rag that she is going to put into the washer and reuse anyway. Horrible stay, management was so unprofessional , rooms are small n uncared for.

Love the new management, it felt safer here then the other hotels that are near by

At 1st it was horrible, didn’t realize that it was a non refundable hotel for 50$, plus you need to put a deposit of and extra 50-100$ which you get back BUT at the time for check in I didn’t have it, came back later on with my friend and they spotted the 50$ deposit and they do inspect the room before you leave.

If I could give this place, no stars I would. I think a food truck has more room inside than my hotel room here there were ants in the bathroom the caulking all around the bathtub and drain was cracked and missing in places. Hair on the toilet and in the bathtub and not from anybody’s head, One of the people who worked there told me a guy lived in that hotel room for three years Prior to them, renting it out. There was no soap no shampoo no extra toilet paper. I would not recommend staying here even for the price.

The staff was extremely hard working which was reflected in the cleanliness of the property. They were also extremely attentive and accommodating. For the price of a night there, I could not ask for more. If you are visiting the Lackland AFB, this place is extremely close and within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Rooms are very tiny its like a jail cell

The front attendant was rude to my sister this morning and he made her stand outside the lobby part and it was raining and they did not bring us clean towels the second day will never stay there again but the room was ok

Place was full of roaches, I left the room in perfect conditions, its been 2 weeks and no refund on deposit.

This place is NOT a good stay. Looks nothing like the photos, very unsafe area, would not recommend.
