Beautiful Location
Amazing Views
Fantastic Spa facilities
Excellent value for money

Cons:

The steam room was cold
Certain areas could do with being cleaned as contained a lot of rubbish daily - fire pit
Check-in process was a little slow and drawn out.

Excellent stay! 10/10 recommended
Pros:

Location was great for aurora lights! We stayed in the igloo room which had a great view of the sky, the bluetooth sound system inside the room was great and the breakfast included was very yummy :)

Pros:

オーロラを見るにはおすすめの宿です。今回はオーロラは見れませんでしたが、スパがあったので時間を潰せました。雪景色も綺麗でゆっくり出来ました。

Lovely place but would say overpriced for value given compared to other places in lapland
Pros:

Lovely spa facilities

Cons:

Rooms are small - nowhere to put clothes
Shower completely open in the bathroom- whole bathroom ends up wet after every shower
Rowdy people in spa - staff dont really encourage others to keep the quiet
Whilst staff were all friendly, many seem to be knew to the hotel and were not knowledgeable on certain basics

The lack of communication about Spa bookings and size of spa facility for all the people who used the facilities at the same time time. Our Igloo was not throughly cleaned prior to arrival and felt that was disappointing considering how much it cost per night.

Das Resort weckt große Erwartungen, denen es aber nur ansatzweise gerecht werden kann. Nichts funktioniert so richtig gu

Die Lage des Resprts ist wirklich toll. Relativ nah an Rovaniemi befindet man sich doch mitten in der Natur und kann die Ruhe und Weite Lapplands genießen.
Unser Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Nutzung des Spa-Bereichs auf 2h-Slots zu limitieren wirkte auf uns völlig unverhältnismäßig, da das Resort nicht besonders voll war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Noch dazu waren die Slots nicht auf die Essenszeiten abgestimmt. Das hat für uns die Tagesplanung unnötig kompliziert gestaltet.
Auch haben wir erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt bekommen, dass unser Sohn den Spa-Bereich nicht nutzen darf.

Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich, aber insgesamt hat sich bei uns der Eindruck durchgesetzt, dass wir mit Fragen und Anliegen eher stören.

Restaurant und Bar rufen gesalzene Preise aus und schmücken sich mit dem Label „Fine Dining“. Diesem Begriff wird man weder in Sachen Qualität noch Service (!) gerecht.
