The Hotel made my visit and experience in Singapore unforgettable.
Pros:

I liked the elegant style of the Hotel and the room. The location was so convenient, and my stay was very comfortable. Friendly staff and helpful when you need help and assistance.

Cons:

I really liked the style and size of the room, but it was overstuffed with the furniture. I hardly find space to move around the room because the size of the furniture was too huge compared to the size of the room. I would suggest less furniture in the room to allow more space for movement.
Also, I didn't like the swimming pool. It was too small and the Pool area was NOT so nice.

The hospitality at 21 Carpenter was beyond professional - the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. In-house restaurant Kee's was a highlight of our trip, offering outstanding cuisine in a beautifully designed setting. The boutique atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property made it a truly memorable experience.

Excellent service and location.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and being a small hotel the staff remembered you each day. Excellent service as every request was met swiftly.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting was very poor for putting on makeup.
