Schickes Boutique Hotel mit sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück, tolle Lage.
Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Es gab ein kleines Problem mit unserem Zimmer welches umgehend durch ein kostenloses Upgrade gelöst wurde - wirklich sehr professionell!

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas klein.

21 Carpenter was my very first landing place after arriving in Singapore, and it could not have been more perfect.
There was a gentle scent of coconut trees lingering in the air, and the natural ventilation throughout the building was thoughtfully designed. Even in the tropical heat, a soft breeze seemed to wrap around you like a quiet welcome. Under the slow rhythm of the ceiling fan, sleep came easily and peacefully. 🌿
The complimentary water was surprisingly delicious, clearly chosen with care. The body lotion and soap also had a distinctive fragrance that made the stay feel a little more special, a small detail that lingered in memory.
If I return to Singapore again, I know I will choose to stay here once more.

Combination of historic elements with modern comfort
Pros:

The 21 Carpenter Hotel ist wirklich ein besonderes Boutique Hotel. Tolle Lage, zentral und gut angebunden. Uns hat das Design des Hotels sehr angesprochen, vom Eingangsbereich über das Restaurant bis hin zu unserem Raum war alles sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viele Details des alten historischen Gebäudes verbunden mit modernen Stilen, tolle Kunst und Metallinstallationen sogar im Aufzug und auf der Gartenterrasse. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und das Zimmer war großzügig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet (sogar mit kleiner Kitchenette).

Cons:

Das Bad hätte etwas größer sein können, im Vergleich zum übrigen Platz in der Suite, insbesondere mehr Ablagen oder Garderobe wären schön.

A very well designed room in the centre of Singapore. We had an evening flight but staff allowed us to use the pool while we waited to depart for the airport.

地点绝对优秀，吃饭，逛逛都很方便。但是房间过于窄小，行李带得多的不适合。

房间相对于房价来说非常小，室外景色虽远远可见金沙酒店，但是楼层偏低，看到的大部分景色是对面楼房屋顶，而且窗外有铁饰拦住窗子，视野不好，有点压抑。下午入住看到对面楼房餐厅人员在对面楼房屋顶集中培训。顶楼的无边泳池只适合拍照，小孩子从圣淘沙度假酒店check out转住，正在玩水的兴头，换了衣服跑去游泳，发现只能蹚水玩玩。^^

Die Unterkunft hat mir grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber. Die Dusche war sehr gut und das Badezimmer

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass wir ein kleineres Zimmer bekommen haben, als wir gebucht haben. Die Aussage von Ihnen war es ja das Zimmer gab es nicht mehr, dass wir gebucht haben. Also bekommen wir ein anderes darüber war ich sehr verärgert.
