Pros:

Das Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend sehr gut. Auch wurde ständig Brötchen und Wurst/Käse nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Insgesamt war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und die Lautstärke der Musik beim Frühstück war unangemessen laut.
Im Badezimmer war Schimmel und es war nicht so sauber geputzt. Man musste sehr lange an der Rezeption warten.

La struttura è moderna, anche troppo tutti gli interruttori a touch che poi non funzionano. Comunque servizio pessimo. La prima sera non funzionava il riscaldamento e sono scesa due volte alla reception (non c’è telefono in stanza) ma non mi hanno cambiato camera dicendo di aspettare. Ho dormito al freddo. Il secondo giorno ho insistito per cambiare camera e la doccia era fredda. Il terzo giorno il water si intasava. La sera prima della partenza ho pagato per avere la ricevuta il mattino seguente e ho dovuto insistere perché me la stampassero la mattina dopo perché non c’era. Per il prezzo di più di 100 a notte per singola non mi pare un servizio adeguato. C’è solo una persona che parla inglese alla reception quindi se non si parla tedesco e’ un problema

Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt in einer schönen Stadt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war gut. Die Lage war sehr zentral zu Beginn der Fußgängerzone.
Das Motorrad konnte ich gegen kleine Gebühr in einer nahegelegenen Garage abstellen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte eine Dachschräge, so dass man neben einer Seite des Bettes nicht aufrecht stehen konnte und dementsprechend vorsichtig aufstehen musste.
Eine Duschablage fehlte leider. Die Tür zum Bad war eine schwebende Glasschiebetür. Dadurch fiel nachts Licht ins Zimmer und die Belüftung hörte man dadurch sehr laut.

Schönes Hotel mit Roof-Top-Bar
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Unbedingt in der Roof-Top-Bar essen oder etwas trinken. Beeindruckende Aussicht.

Cons:

Es ist schwierig, mit dem Auto in der Nähe zu halten um gut ein- und auszuladen. Parkplätze sind aber in der Nähe des Hotels (max. fünf Minuten Weg)

Great Location but with some flaws
Pros:

New option in Paderborn is welcome.

GREAT location with modern rooms and nice to have restaurant in hotel. Breakfast was solid, those that want great variety might be somewhat disappointed but all the normal “German Breakfast” elements were there. Coffee was good.

Things in need of improvement…

No hooks. Room, bathroom and entryway lack hooks that would be nice to have. The towel pegs in bathroom are on back wall of shower so you can’t use while showering otherwise the things you hung would get wet.

Shower is the dreaded open ended one, so be sure to get two floor mats, one to stop the water from running into main part of bathroom and one dry one to stand on at sink. I hate this trend of the open shower and in my room’s case, the water that made it to back of shower area rolled right out into main floor area (poor quality from their tile contractor).

Blinds in my room only went down 80% of the way and being a hotel on a busy intersection made it uncomfortable that people could look right up into my room. I had to use the bedspread and chair to make a visual block so I could have full privacy.

Wardrobe is fully open and feels like a piece that would be in a (nice) hostel. I ended up leaving my socks and underwear in my suitcase as only having open, flat shelves was not fully suitable.

Only one outlet on each side of bed. Had to unplug small reading lamp to plug in my phone charger. Seems poorly thought through.
