Cons:

Poor WiFi in the room I stayed my husband and I iPads couldn’t be used the television and the telephone in the room didn’t work. It was noisy with the workers in the hallway most mornings.

Ideal location close to beach and all amenities. Short walk to airport but other main tourist attractions etc.

Cons:

Rooms need upgrading and refurbishing as a bit dated but overall, comfortable.

Pros:

Location. Great views and very close to Airport. Within walking distance

Cons:

The Room was old and run down. The Units in the Hotel are individually owned. The owner of that particular unit didn’t invest any money and let it run down. Definitely not worth the money and the Location didn’t make up for it!!!

Cons:

I couldn't get a seat for dinner on Friday night, waited for 1hr and 30 minutes, went back to check at about 9.15 pm and they said the kitchen was closed but the restaurant is full and walked off. I then had to leave the hotel to find something to eat for dinner.

Your staff is the best! Shanara, Nicholas and Mel are super bartenders.
Breakfast was delish but we missed getting mangoes on our fruit plate.
Pool is always clean with well kept surroundings!

Cons:

We didn't get to change our pool towels when we asked. They said that housekeeping didn't complete laundry. We had to use our room towels at the pool and sun dry them to reuse them when we showered. But this was a minor inconvenience when you look at all the other fantastic stuff!

Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Pros:

No obstruction from other apartments. Able to see the sea. Also the wildlife like the birds, fowl, lizards , etc. Very quiet and serene.

Cons:

The glass door of the bathroom needed a piece of rubber or plastic on it, in order to prevent the water that ran down the glass door, from streaming outside the bathroom.

Best location. Great food. Fab beach...but always room for improvement.
Pros:

Check in staff were very pleasant. Restaurant food is always good. As we visit often, it would be nice to see some new items on the menu.
Pool area needs more shade/umbrellas.
Bar staff were good, especially Mel and Kevaughn

Cons:

Restaurant staff need to smile and be more attentive. We stayed 4 nights and every time we went to the restaurant we had to seat ourselves and get our own menus.
