Perfect location and facilities but misleading photographs on Booking.com
Pros:

It’s in the perfect location. Continente supermarket next door, Aldi 5 minutes away, Rato Metro station 30 minutes from the airport. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.
Bed is memory foam from SwissSleep. Free beers on arrival and snacks. Free drink in the wine shop under the building. Free Laundry and convenient rubbish bins in the basement.

Cons:

There was only one thing that I really didn’t like and it has to do with Numa itself.
The photographs that they are using on Booking.com are completely incorrect. They are all from much larger properties that they run. We booked the largest apartment available and it didn’t even slightly resemble what was advertised. The building seems to be a converted Office building.
Yes, they provide the same facilities as they do in all of their properties but the apartment is much smaller and has a large concrete column in the centre of the room close to the exterior wall. If you require the sofa bed there is no space to do anything else in the apartment.

I would suggest that Booking.com get them to remove the generic photographs they are using to advertise their property and to require them to put the actual photographs from Numa Rato on the website.

La habitación muy linda y cómoda. Tenía una mini cocina bastante completa. Han tenido unos detalles de bienvenida que hicieron la diferencia. Sin dudas repetiría

Cons:

Que no haya personal de recepción, si bien la comunicación via WhatsApp fue bastante accesible, se echa en falta tener una recepción para consultas rápidas en el momento. Y como sugerencia, si se podría agregar una tostadora al equipamiento de la cocina ya sería perfecta
