Excellent service and attention to details. Great location. Highly recommeded.

Clean and luxurious with nice views. Agora mall right beside the hotel. Breakfast was good but lacking in variations, better to get breakfast elsewhere. Grand indonesia or Plaza indonesia is nearby.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've been to recently. Its brand new and it has all the amenities you would need. Its walkable to all the big shopping centres and is right adjacent to a mall that has great food options.

The staff are superb as well. Accommodating to my requests and are very polite and ensure you are happy with everything.

I will be back.

Der Aufenthalt bei Pan Pacific Jakarta bewerte ich mit 9/10. Tolle Aussichten (250m hoch), außerordentlich gutes Bett, und der beste Service.

Ich habe die Suite zu einem speziellen Anlass gebucht. Das Team war daran sehr aufmerksam, meine genauen Wünsche und die jeglichen Kleinigkeiten zu erfüllen. Der Upgrade (was mehrmals gekostet hätte) war der cherry on top.

Wir haben das Upgrade von Junior Suite auf Premier Suite bekommen. Doch ohne den Upgrade bieten die noch ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

Schmutz oder Dreck findet man hier keine. Für ein besonderes Set-Up waren sie auch sehr hilfreich. Die Mitarbeiter erkennen und erinnern deinen Namen und Präferenzen auch. Frühstück war toll. Gute Getränke, und es gab Kaffee zum mitnehmen.

Es darf sonst noch mehr los gewesen sein, wenn man lieber im Haus bleibt. Vielleicht Live Musik, etwas im Wellness Bereich, oder mehr Angebote bei F&B. Doch sind die kein Deal-Breaker.

Wie ich verstehe, ist das Hotel neu gebaut. Sie arbeiten noch daran, die Einrichtungen und Kleinigkeiten immer noch zu verbessern. Ich hätte gewünscht, dass die Fenster und äußeren Bauteile sauberer wären. Ansonsten war alles aus meiner Ansicht gut gefertigt.

Gerne empfohlen 👍 es gab zwar kleine Sachen, aber man wird nicht enttäuscht werden. Nach Zeit wird es nur besser, und ich freue mich bereits auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Great property…modern!

Spectacular property, located 5 mins walk from Jakarta's biggest mall. The rooms had spectacular views (mine was on the 87th floor), with lovely service from the staff. Highly recommended.

The building is brand new and the rooms are fresh with great views of the CBD.
Downsides are that the Lobby staff appear to be new and checking in and out was shambles, with one situation where I was in the vancant lobby at 6:30 am, trying to call out for hotel staff for 10 minutes, needing to settle up and get my taxi to the airport.
I think with more disciplined training and staff habits, this would actaully be a 5 star hotel
