Otel yeni açılmış, odaların tasarımı ve olanakları üst düzeydi. Kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Yeri çok merkeziydi, interlaken west tren ve otobüs durağının hemen yanında. Aile odasında kaldık, balkon ve pencereden olağanüstü interlaken manzarasını izleme imkanına kavuştuk. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Eleştirilecek hiç bir şey yoktu. Tekrar gidecek olsam aynı oteli tercih ederim.

Excellent location near station but with lovely views

The bedroom was very nice, but only had one chair, would have benefited from a second chair or stool

Overall I was satisfied, but I don't think I would choose this hotel again.
Pros:

The room was very quiet and clean. The location and view was excellent. I liked the breakfast.

Cons:

Parking was extra, so I had to park my car somewhere else. There was no wardrobe in the room. Also, there was no minibar.

Nice hotel and perfect location as it’s right on top of the train station.
Pros:

Good Amenities and staff are helpful and polite plus good location is perfect.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better with more options rather than same everyday and also should add more breakfast options from around the world like Indian Chinese.

Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience. We will book here if we visit Interlaken again.
Pros:

The location, the helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast and the room.

Cons:

Just an observation. On the second to the last day (next day was our checkout) only the toilet was cleaned and not the rest of the room. There was daily housekeeping before this.
