Hotel bien situado, acogedor y con un desayuno excelente.
Pros:

Desayuno muy variado con carta amplia de selección de platos calientes, muy bien preparados. Zumos naturales, shots de jengibre y espinacas deliciosos, overnight oats, dulces y salados. Excelente y muy buen servicio en un salón en el basement del hotel que es muy acogedor. La zona es tranquila y a sólo 5 minutos de Sloane Street y Harrods. Personal atento y servicial, muy limpio, con buenas facilidades en la habitación.

Cons:

lo que menos me gustó es que entra demasiada luz en la habitación porque las cortinas no cubren realmente todos los ángulos. Y la ducha es un poco incómoda, no por tamaño sino porque es complicado regular la temperatura y la salida superior o de la ducha pequeña. Las amenities podrían ser mejores....tienen un tamaño de letra tan pequeña que no se distingue el champú del gel del acondicionador...como anécdota para gente con presbicia :-)

Had a great weekend stay
Pros:

Nicely decorated room, very clean, bathroom is very pleasant, well decorated. The room was warm, had air conditioner. The interior design inside the hotel was beautiful. Quiet location. Beautiful area, walking distance to restaurants , shops and tube.

Great stay
Pros:

The location is amazing. The room is big enough, and very comfy, beautiful and very clean.

Cons:

Our room was facing the street so it was very noisy. They do provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper, make sure you ask for a room that is not facing the street.
