Everything fantastic!! Where to begin? The best views of Modica, a beautiful, infinity-like pool with water-massage, very friendly staff, a rich breakfast, beautiful, spacious rooms with big windows to have an excellent unhindered view of the old town, very clean, nicely decorated, worth every penny you pay more compared to 'standard' accommodation prices in the area! Probably the highlight of our Sicily journey! We will definitely come back!

La vista es extraordinaria y el desayuno,muy bueno. El personal es muy atento. Teníamos una buena terraza. La piscina muy chula, aunque no la pudimos disfrutar porque hacía fresco por la tarde.

De locatie is schitterend met een geweldig uitzicht, alles was netjes schoon en goed verzorgd echt een aanrader je moet wel goed te been zijn als je via de trap naar het centrum gaat je ben er wel met 5 minuten maar je moet wel 270 treden af en ook op.

Merveilleux emplacement, la vue est à couper le souffle partout dans l'hôtel et on peut descendre à pied dans l'artère principale par des ruelles et des escaliers.
Hotel moderne, piscine très agréable et petit déjeuner copieux avec des gâteaux fait maison. Et parking gratuit devant l'hôtel !

The location is fabulous with the most amazing views looking down to the old town centre and over some beautiful baroque churches. The view from the private balcony/spa was amazing but so were the views from the pool/terrace area and breakfast area. The decor is very modern and fresh. The staff were very helpful. You can park right outside the hotel which is an absolute bonus in Italy. The staff were happy to serve us wine and snacks on the terrace and reccomend dining options. You do need a level of fitness to go up and down the stairs to visit the town centre and for dinner but it is worth it for the views. There is also a nice restaurant on the same street as the hotel which has beautiful views of Modica at night, Raro. The staff booked this for us. The breakfast has plenty of options and there is a coffee machine which makes decent coffee - you can use this at any time. The pool area is spectacular with a large horizon pool with plenty of loungers. This is a boutique hotel with limited rooms so you don't get too many guests and you have the benefit of a very personalised experience. I had high expectations for this hotel and it lived up to them. Congratulations to the staff.

Schönes, wenn auch kleines Zimmer, wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer. Sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, kaum Abstellfläche. Bad sehr schön, große Dusche, Bidet, alles sehr sauber.
Frühstück hervorragend, süße Kuchen und Teilchen, aber auch Wurst und Käse.
Traumhafter Pool, schöne Terrassen.

Hotelli on erittäin tyylikäs, huoneemme oli siisti ja toimiva, upea parvekenäkymä. Uima-allasalue on kaunis. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Aamiainen on monipuolinen.

Amazing view. Good location if you are fit to walk up and down to town. Easy parking and access to hotel.

The location perfect, view exceptional. Pool was a gem. Staff friendly. A super find.
