Pros:

The property is clean and the rooms large for Japan standards.

Cons:

The hotel staff were kind but not able to speak English well enough to handle our issue with the thermostat.

The hotel is supposedly a 4 star hotel, but you cannot regulate the room temperature to below 20* C (68*F) so if you are like us, hot sleepers, it was uncomfortable. And the hotel staff could not resolve the issue as they could not alter the thermostat to go below that temperature.

They would not even offer us a higher up room so we would be able to at least open up a window at night. We were on the 3rd floor right above the traffic of a busy road.

So over all great space but if you cannot sleep well at your hotel and it is a four star hotel, why pay for it? Not worth it.

All our other hotels we stayed at this trip in Kyoto and Tokyo all had thermostats that you could self regulate to whatever temperature you desired. And they were the same brand and system as this hotel. So it is a choice by the hotel and one we were very upset about.

Pros:

Amazing hotel in Ginza, rooms comfortable and have everything you need. Staff very attentive too. Hotel is less than 5m walk to metro station too

I would love to stay here again.
Pros:

Great, new, modern hotel, wonderful staff. Very good shower in the room, the room size is also large enough and comfortable. The Japanese bath area is fantastic. Very safe and pleasant surroundings. At first the hotel was booked for 5 nights, then we realized that we really liked everything and extended it for another 3 nights, because the metro is also very convenient around.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Great hotel and comfy beds.. perfect location for Tokyo marathon
Pros:

Great location, super friendly team, rooms had everything you needed, beds comfy and food delicious. Perfect for anyone running the Tokyo marathon. Walking distance from the finish and one direct metro train to the start line.

Cons:

The gym was small but had what you needed and good quality Technogym equipment. The only negative was that it was not 24/7. It opened at 6am, I am always jet lagged so want to be able to train at 3am , 4am, whenever I wake up. As it is unmanned gym, why can’t it be 24/7?
