Pros:

A las 9 de la mañana ya no había mantequilla y fruta en rodajas como la naranja tampoco se supone q el desayuno es de 7 de la mañana a 11 en la cena paso lo mismo la mitad de lo q ofrecían en la carta no lo tenían

Quiero agradecer sinceramente a todo el equipo del hotel por el excelente trato durante mi estancia. Desde el personal de seguridad, siempre amable y atento, hasta el equipo de limpieza que mantiene todo impecable cada día. También quiero destacar a los recepcionistas por su profesionalidad, su paciencia y por estar siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa.
Mención especial para Ayoub, que fue especialmente amable y profesional. Su atención y cercanía marcaron realmente la diferencia y hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable.
Se nota que todo el equipo trabaja con dedicación y cuidado por los huéspedes. Gracias a todos por hacer que la experiencia haya sido tan cómoda y agradable. Sin duda volveré y recomendaré este hotel.
También quería destacar que te ayudan a imprimir y fotocopiar lo que necesites, te buscan un taxi cuando lo necesites avisando con antelación, consejos sobre la ciudad, lugares etc.....

Cons:

Que el gimnasio y la terraza no estuvieran listos aun jajajaja es lo único que puedo decir, confío en que la próxima este más que listo
