A beautiful hotel, lovely room and very good service
Pros:

Beautiful designed hotel with a cosy, modern feel. Quality in all details from furniture to bathroom-fittings, and small but lovely spa with swimmingpool and steam sauna. 15 minutes walk to main attractions such as the Museo Prado and Museo Reina Sofia. The breakfast set a very good star of the day.

The best hotel
Pros:

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The welcome, service, clean, and room organization were incredible. One thing I especially liked is that every night they prepare the room for sleep by placing vitamins, a night mask, and checking that everything is perfect.
I highly recommend anyone visiting Madrid to stay at this hotel.
Special thanks to Diego for his warm welcome and excellent treatment. He was always happy to help us with anything we needed, such as recommending places to visit and making reservations.

For a hotel positioned and priced as a five-star property, the service was inconsistent. Some staff were helpful, while others felt rigid and unaccommodating. A specific example was at breakfast, where I was told I could not take my coffee upstairs, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. At this price point €5000 for 3 nights I would expect a more flexible, guest focused approach and a higher level of service that truly reflects a luxury experience.

La conciergerie est très efficace et sympathique

Cons:

Restauration + petit déjeuner décevant par rapport au reste.
Rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur..
Le personnel x3 matin au petit déjeuner + x1 dîner sans nous reconnaître… manque de sympathie et de personnalisation

The hotel was amazing, excellent location and all the services were fantastic.
Beautifully designed and decorated with many modern and contemporary art pieces.
The staff were very polite and friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay at Brach Madrid. The design and overall atmosphere of the hotel are special — every detail feels intentional, and the room interiors are both creative and beautifully executed. While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, that’s expected for a boutique hotel.
The pool and steam room were a real highlight, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were warm and accommodating. Loved their sangria as well.

Overall a thoughtfully designed place — I would absolutely stay here again.
