A hotel in good location but very basic amenities
Pros:

Staff were really nice.

Cons:

There was no electricity for 12 hours (6AM to 6PM) on the second day of our stay. It was damn hot n humid. The staff had to carry pales of water for guests to use to flash the toilet. No shower until power was restored at 6PM on the day.

Pros:

Had a great time here. 10 Minutes walk from partas terminal and in 15 you are in Town center. Water dispenser available. Room was clean and comfortable. Helpful and kind staff

Overall budget friendly and location is good
Pros:

The location is quite good since it's near to the partas bus terminal 20pesos tricycle fare from the hotel, also near to the calle crisologo 20 to 25 pesos tricycle fare going there..the property is kinda along the road easy access to commute.

Cons:

TV in the room not functioning well u cannot see anything only audio, there's hot and cold shower which is really good but weak water pressure.
