Les climatiseurs ne fonctionnent pas où mal

I honestly regret booking this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay far away. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and basic maintenance are not a priority here.

The room was in an awful state. Dust covered most surfaces, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Furniture was worn out, stained, and poorly arranged, giving the room a neglected and untidy appearance.

The bathroom was by far the worst part of the experience. The toilets were visibly dirty, with stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was grime around the seat and flush handle, and the floor was wet and sticky. We couldn't bear using the toilet. The bath was a small open square that won't even be enough to accommodate a little child talk more of an adult. Water would be all over the floor if the bath is used. It felt unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a place that charges guests to stay overnight.

We had to ask for our rooms to changed multiple times as it was a huge disappointment compared to what was advertised online.

Common areas were no better. Hallways were poorly lit, when it rained, it was quite flooded from the entrance. It felt like basic housekeeping was either ignored or completely absent. Nothing about the hotel gave the impression that management cares about guest comfort or cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is so isolated and it feels unsafe.

Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing and unpleasant stay. Poor hygiene, untidy rooms, and dirty toilets made it impossible to relax or feel safe. This hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards, and I would not return under any circumstances. The thought of what we saw made us angry and we had to look for another hotel to book and stay that same night as no one part of our group wanted to sleep there. We had to get our bags by 1am Moroccan time the following morning to lodge into the new hotel we got.

Arnaque !!! Je ne vois pas pourquoi cet établissement a certaines évaluations positives. Établissement loin de tout, nous avons réservé une demie pension, arrivé le soir soit disant la cuisinière était en congé. Chambre pas propre du tout, chauffage défaillant, petit déjeuner plus que limite, en manteau puisque la salle n'était pas chauffée. Fuyez!!!!

Réservation effectué et après 40 min de route vers 23h, le réceptionniste m’annonce que l’hôtel est complet sans me proposer de solution.

Ik ben normaal geen persoon die snel een negatieve review schrijft, maar mijn ervaring in deze accommodatie was ronduit onaanvaardbaar.

Ten eerste werkte de airconditioning/verwarming helemaal niet, waardoor het in de winter extreem koud was in de kamer. Ondanks herhaaldelijk klagen aan de balie over meerdere dagen, kregen wij te horen dat het gebouw slechts gehuurd wordt van een eigenaar, dat de gerant vrijwel nooit aanwezig is en dat er niet geïnvesteerd wordt in herstellingen.

Daarnaast was er geen warm water. Ons werd verteld dat we de kranen tien minuten moesten laten lopen om warm water te krijgen. In werkelijkheid kregen we hoogstens twee tot drie minuten lauw water, waarna het volledig stopte. Dit probleem bleef zich herhalen.

Toen we dit opnieuw meldden, was het antwoord dat men hier “niets aan kan doen” wegens structurele fouten die bij de bouw zijn gemaakt.

Deze accommodatie voldoet absoluut niet aan de basisvereisten van comfort en hygiëne. Ik raad deze plek dan ook niet aan, zeker niet in de winterperiode.
